CIBLIS is a reputed niche specialist offering digital library, archiving and museum information management solutions. Founded in May 2013, the company is a spin-off of CIPAL NV’s Brocade Library Services department and funded by both the Belgian investment company LRM and University of Antwerp, co-developer of the Brocade product suite.
