ChipperList has built an in-depth senior housing directory to let families search and compare online. They personally visit every community, taking pictures and writing an expert review. They then compile the world's best Senior Housing profile complete with room prices, an activity calendar, and a patent-pending interactive building map that let's families see pictures of every room side-by-side with an aerial view of the building so they can get a feel for what it's like to live there even before they tour. The website is free to users and they get paid on a lead-gen model when someone moves into a community.
