LianDi Clean Technology, Inc. serves the largest Chinese petroleum and petrochemical companies with equipment distribution, systems integration, software development, providing technical services and design consultation, and will distribute and ultimately assemble unheading units for the delayed coking process. LianDi¡¯s products and services include: (i) a wide range of petroleum and petrochemical valves and equipment; (ii) systems integration services; (iii) optimization software for the polymerization process; and (iv) unheading units for the delayed coking process. As of December 31, 2009, LianDi was involved in approximately 20 total projects in approximately 8 provinces, cities, autonomous regions and municipalities located in China. Since the establishment of LianDi, it has completed in the aggregate more than 200 projects in approximately 24 provinces, cities, autonomous regions and municipalities located in China.
