The Children of Lake Atitlan is a non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to provide support for children who attend the New Dawning Christian School in San Juan La Laguna, Guatemala. Founded in December 0f 2004, they have donated over $500,000 to the school in the form of sponsorships. Your donation of $25 a month pays for the education of one child for a month! All of their staff are volunteers, and their administrative cost is less than 5% So over 95% of your donation goes directly to the education of 250 children who attend grades pre-k through grade 9 in the school.
