The Child Health and Development Institute is a catalyst for improving the health, mental health and early care systems for children in Connecticut. We advance and inform improvements in primary and preventative pediatric health and mental health care programs, practice and policy in Connecticut, with particular focus on disadvantaged or underserved children and their families.
