Founder Martin Schlegel is Principal Consultant of Chemneera. With 20 years experience in the sports and recreation, construction and plastics specialty chemicals industry in the areas of product development, process engineering and research and development commercialisation, Martin spends his time on novel concepts that will stretch the boundaries of current thinking and practice. Based on identifying gaps in others’ solutions and offering many sometimes conflicting alternatives and sometimes paradoxical insights, he engages internationally with start-up organizations, small-to-medium enterprises (SME) and subsidiaries of multinational corporations (MNC) to identify growth opportunities, develop business model strategy, and commercialize R&D in global markets through open innovation.
