Chattanooga Whiskey, formerly Tennessee Stillhouse is the home of Chattanooga Whiskey’s micro-distillery and tasting room. It offers whiskey enthusiasts and novices the chance to learn about and experience the whiskey production process from grain to glass with daily tours and tastings. It also serves as Chattanooga Whiskey’s research and development lab. Its 100-gallon system allows our team to hand-craft innovative mash bills, all while staying true to tradition and striving to build a better bourbon.
