Welcome to Charles Andrews Ltd, We are a multi-discipline engineering consultancy practice providing: Building Services Design, mechanical, electrical, Low Carbon Consultants, civil and structural engineering consultancy services to industrial and commercial clients in both the public and private sectors. Projects undertaken range from multi-million pound greenfield developments through to minor capital value projects and include surveys and reports.
