Chaing (체인지) has realized that once South Korean families have children, much of the parents' incomes are spent on schools and tutors. Chaing believes that this gets in the way of having a happy, healthy family life and is one of the reasons why South Korea has one of the lowest household savings rates in the OECD. Chaing believes that this needs to change and works to create more awareness about this issue.
