CH4 Power, LLC (“CH4”) was formed to provide financing to Advanced Green Innovations, LLC and its subsidiaries ZHRO Power, LLC and ZHRO Solutions, LLC (collectively the “Debtor”) as “debtors in possession” in their consolidated bankruptcy case (the “Bankruptcy”). CH4 will be offering qualified investors who are the Debtor’s existing creditors and investors the opportunity to participate in funding the company’s “DIP Loan” by offering for sale Membership Units in CH4 under the terms and conditions of a private placement with an aggregate purchase price of $7.5MM (the “Offering”).*
