Central Puerto is a private sector power generation company in Argentina, as measured by generated power, according to data from CAMMESA. In the nine-month period ended September 30, 2017, we generated a total of 12,239 net GWh of power, and in the year ended December 31, 2016, we generated a total of 15,544 net GWh of power, representing approximately 20% of the power generated by private sector generation companies in the country during each of these periods, according to data from CAMMESA. We had an installed generating capacity of 3,791 MW as of September 30, 2017. We have a generation asset portfolio that is geographically and technologically diversified. Our facilities are distributed across the City of Buenos Aires and the provinces of Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Neuquén and Río Negro. We use conventional technologies (including hydro power) to generate power, and our power generation assets include combined cycle, gas turbine, steam turbine, hydroelectric and co-generation.
