The Center of Hope Foundation, Inc. provides people with disabilities and their families the resources, services and opportunities to be contributing members of their communities, and to achieve the most fulfilling and meaningful lives possible. The Center of Hope offers 5 adult day habilitation programs (day habs), vocational employment services, family support services and youth support services for individuals in Northeastern Connecticut (CT) and Central Massachusetts (MA).
