Cenat New Energy is a lithium-ion battery maker company. Evergrande New Energy Technology Group is a subordinate industrial group of Evergrande Group. It is mainly engaged in the design, development, production and application of power batteries. On January 24, 2019, it successfully acquired Shanghai Ka Nai New Energy Co., Ltd. Carnegie New Energy was founded by the China Automotive Technology and Research Center (director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council) and the Japanese battery giant ENAX. The technology comes from Japan’s Ozawa and its R&D team, which is known as the “father of lithium batteries”. One of the main developers of the battery and battery system family of standards
