CELLDONATE INC. (the “Company”) was incorporated under Chapter 78 of the Nevada Revised Statutes of the State of Nevada on August 15, 2006, and has its head office in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Company is in the business of developing and commercializing entertainment-based mobile solutions for charity fundraising businesses. The Company has only recently begun operations and will be required to raise additional financing to complete the development of its anticipated products and to market them to customers. The Company has not generated any sales revenue since inception.
