The China Electronic Chamber of Commerce was established in 1988 and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is an industry-based social organization voluntarily formed by units and groups that produce and manage electronic information products throughout the country. It has an independent legal personality and is guided by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The China Electronic Chamber of Commerce has 21 local electronic chambers of commerce, 19 professional committees, and 6 industrial alliances in China. It has more than 7,000 direct members, branch members, and professional members.
