The website covers tools and techniques used in making and sharing music as well as artists using technologies in new and inspiring ways. Create Digital Music is the creation of editor-in-chief Peter Kirn, a composer and musician, media artist, educator, and technology journalist. Its content and events have been featured in outlets like Boing Boing, Time Out Magazine New York, Popular Science, Men’s Health Magazine, Wired, Current TV, Gizmodo, Engadget, The Verge, and many others. Create Digital Music is based in Berlin, Germany.
