Blue Sky Bank is a growing community bank that gives individuals and owners of small-to-medium-sized businesses confidence in their possibilities. It also provides advising solutions and solving problems with their customers. It is on a mission to make these communities even stronger by making access to capital and real-world expert advice easily obtainable. Blue Sky Bank was originally chartered in Osage County, Oklahoma in 1905 as the Bank of Commerce in Pawhuska. Over the next years, it has grown and changed names several times, being known as the National Bank of Commerce, NBC Bank and, most recently, Citizens Bank of Oklahoma.
