Cardero Resource is a resource company focused on building a base metals exploration and development company. Cardero 100% owns the Zonia Copper Oxide Project, located in Arizona. Zonia is a near-surface copper-oxide resource and a brownfield site having already been mined in the late 1960s and ‘70s. The Company’s intention is to move forward with a Feasibility Study on the Zonia project with the objective of taking the Zonia project to production. Cardero will continue to source new projects in the base metals space and acquire and develop those projects that meet the Company’s criteria. The projects that the Company will review include early development projects, brownfield projects and producing projects. The common shares of the Company are currently listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (symbol CDU), the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (symbol CR5) and OTCBB (symbol CDYCF).
