There is a gap between companies and students in terms of the hiring process companies want to hire new people and increase their productivity while students want to get hired and work but due to the gap they both are not able to achieve their goals companies have to settle for a subpar employee while students remain underpaid or even unemployed. We as a group of people feel they this gap should be filled.
