It handles support requests through SMSs to keep its users’ customers happy and their costs down. It integrates with Microsoft, slack, and salesforce. When a customer calls, they hear customized greeting message and then receive a text message from the number the user is registered with. Caller Zen is a U.S.-based company that was founded in 2015 by Alex De Simone.
