Carniques de Juia's scope of activity encompasses the butchering and storage of meat from pig carcasses obtained from animals born, fattened and slaughtered in Spain, featuring SGS Certifications in accord with ISO22.000, ISO 14.001, BRC + Module 11 of BRC, IFS, and certifications of complete traceability with Oca Calitax from the farms (live animals and feed) to the final customer. All their products offer the maximum guarantees in terms of food quality and safety, backed by their quality management and traceability system, and the seal of the official veterinary service. The flexibility of their processes allows them to adapt to the needs of their customers and the demands of the different markets.
