It has approximately two properties in south-central British Columbia, in the heart of the Cariboo region, including the Gold Creek Property, which is a gold project, and the Tak Property, which is a copper-gold porphyry project. Both properties occur within the Quesnel Terrane, which contains various copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry deposits and sediment-hosted gold deposits. The Gold Creek Property consists of approximately 19,540 hectares. The Tak Copper-Gold Porphyry Target occurs in the area of the village of Horsefly, which is over 50 kilometers northeast of the town of Williams Lake.
