Built by Kids enables children and their parents to bond over do-it-yourself projects they desire. The company provides tools and the know-how to help families, caregivers, and educators leverage the power of creative development to expose children to building models, forts, and myriad other DIY projects. Built by Kids was founded by Laura Dahl and Timothy Dahl in January 2011 and is based in Los Angeles, California.
