Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. is a mortgage investment corporation – a flow-through, tax-efficient investment vehicle. The Fund is RRSP, RRIF, RESP and TFSA eligible. Distributions are targeted at 8% annually and paid quarterly. Through their Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), eligible shareholders may automatically reinvest their cash dividends and accumulate additional shares at potentially lower prices without paying any commissions, service charges or brokerage fees.
