BTrace provides an easy to use, smartphone-based, tracking solution to a commonplace problem that affects almost anyone on the go – the loss of valuable items, pets or even worse, a lost child. We’ve all lost or misplaced items and wish we could just ping it and have it let us know where it is. Btrace is a quarter-sized, battery-powered, Bluetooth disks that you can stick on just about anything (or anyone) that aims to solve this problem. BTrace mobile application indicates by voice alarm or vibrates whenever the child or the object goes beyond the distance defined as a safe zone. In addition to the alert the application displays the direction of the lost child or object.
