The Company provides electronic components such as registers, varisters and printed circuit boards (PCBs), which are used in microphones of cell phones. It is also engaged in brand royalty business. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had two subsidiaries: Best Sound Electronics, engaged in the manufacture and sale of electronic components, and ITSWELL CO,.LTD, engaged in semiconductor manufacturing business
