Brooklyn Cookie Company (BCC) is a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) cookie manufacturer specializing in the cookie category focused on clean ingredients, avoiding common allergens that consumers have, while still providing a sweet indulgent treat. Our meringue cookies are naturally gluten-free, dairy free, nut free and soy free. We will be the first to market a vegan meringue in 2018 which would also be egg free!
