BrightOffice software offer superior support, functionality and effectiveness in Customer Relationship Management. BrightOffice was founded by Paul Groome in late 2004. Paul has 25 years of experience in the IT arena including the founding of Jupiter ICT Limited, which at its height employed 36 staff and had a turnover of £1.4 million. They are a "SaaS" (Software as a Service) company providing hosted, enterprise software solutions in many different business sectors. They currently provide software solutions to their clients in sectors including financial claims, debt management, debt collection, Green Deal & ECO, renewable energy, training, job management and lettings management.
