We wanted to create a recruitment brand that broke the mold that so many others seem to come out of – bland, impersonal and uninspiring. For us the word bright is about optimism and a belief that if you look at the world from the sunny side up you’ll see opportunities in the greyest clouds. Where some complain about the rain we live to dance in a downpour. Our take on the world is positive. Not just glass half full, but can we have a bigger glass, please. And we wanted an idea and an attitude that conveyed the kinetic, positive and improved outcome you can expect from bright.jobs.
