Briggs Development is a privately owned real estate development firm focused on adding value to commercial real estate assets in Northern California. We seek out opportunities to reposition existing commercial properties or change their use through ground up development. We are an experienced operator with a 10+ year track record of delivering attractive returns on a risk adjusted basis. Briggs co-invests with our private and institutional equity partners.
