BridgeSTOR is a Software Defined Storage Company and creator of the Cloud Storage File System (CSFS). CSFS extends and enhances the accessibility and manageability of cloud storage for organizations large and small. Whether on the road or in the office, CSFS provides the ability to access documents, edit files and collaborate on projects in real time. BridgeSTOR was founded in 2010 by storage industry veterans sharing a common vision - Create a solution that allows the Cloud to be used as normal storage. This vision was solidified after receiving a Request for Product (RFP) from one of the world’s largest Media & Entertainment organizations. The RFP called for a global namespace with global file locking, file versioning, intelligent caching and a laundry list of additional enterprise feature sets. The subsequent discussions sparked our imaginations and challenged us to rethink data access altogether.
