The Wing 2 Wing Foundation seeks to provide resources and guidance for education, equality, and entrepreneurship in underserved and overlooked communities in the United States. According to Wing 2 Wing founder and former CEO of Intuit, Brad D. Smith, and his wife and co-founder, Alys, the goal of the Foundation is to support the 75% of the Gen Z population that have unfulfilled entrepreneurial dreams. Due to business scales being tipped in the favor of growth capitals like New York and California, the Wing 2 Wing foundation strives to level the playing field with better resource distribution and talent acquisition in areas of the country where entrepreneurial ambition has yet to be fully realized or supported.
