boxdrop® is THE return-shipment specialist and provides worldwide CollectingPoints. Welcome to our company page. boxdrop® is a multi-service company based in Switzerland, focused on leveraging business opportunities for retail shops, through its unique POS software system that opens various new services by an easy-to-use interface. Currently the POS software is used in about 5000+ different ShopPartners and our aim is to increase this number building up a broad availability and awareness of our brand and services. The services offered are focussed, but not limited, on reverse-logistic processes, in order to maximize after sales customer satisfaction. This is achieved by using standardized and pre-defined processes, which are able to virtually handle any kind of product transaction by linking all parts: customer, manufacturer, shop and couriers.
