Boston Mayflower was established in December 1999 to receive the transfer of over 4,800 homes from Boston Borough Council. As a Registered Charity and a non-profit organisation, they have no shareholders but instead channel any surpluses back into services and projects that benefit their tenants. They are governed by a Board of Management, comprised of tenants and independent members with valuable business skills and experiences to help guide their corporate strategy. They provide homes and support for people in housing need and work hard to build strong communities in the areas they serve. Their aim is to provide better places for people to live, which they do by embracing opportunities to work with partner agencies.
