Borecast aims to reduce significantly the downtime due to maintenance of highly mechanised construction project such as tunnel boring machine projects. We are doing so through empowerment of the field decision makers collaboration by providing them with the necessary tools to follow maintenance and team. As the focus on mechanised projects is on the operational progress of the machines, the challenge is even greater for departments to schedule overall maintenance on critical equipment. We are solving this issue by replacing disparate database and manual spreadsheet with a Collaboration Maintenance Platform by using data analytics and machine learning to help decision makers to adapt schedule to the project’s variations.
