We are a Canadian couple who have purchased a lot in the Hato area on the beautiful island of Bonaire in the Dutch Caribbean. In the spring of 2015, we will begin construction of six 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom condos. Our Bonaire Condos are designed with scuba divers in mind with rinse tanks and gear storage areas for each unit. Pre-construction pricing is starting at $149,000.00 US. Our current goal is to sell 2 more units to raise another $300,000.00 and begin construction. A portion of this will be used to acquire an adjacent lot which will allow for an additional 2 units to be built. The units will have a constructed value of $200k-$250k and a weekly rental potential of $800.00 - $1000.00.
