Bollicine is italian for small bubbles but it is also used to describe sparkling wines in general. Italy has a renowned history of great wine making amongst which metodo classico or italian traditional method, a much more sophisticated type of sparkling wine altogether to prosecco. They are an australian company with a division in the north east of italy, their mission is to gather under one roof only the very best metodo classico.
