BlueRetail's idea has the goal to improve the customer experience to achieve such “Starbucks Experience”, where there would be an emotional connection with customers; remembering names and previous purchases. People likes more personalized service but is difficult to remember names or what customers had bought. Imagine that you enter in a big departmental store and clerks gets in touch with you offering specific products your more probably would buy, that is customer service! Their solution helps to generate impulse-buys, analytics about behavior on store, heat maps; right on site and in the moment. It could be seen as Google Analytics, but offline behavior of customers. It is important to highlight that final customer doesn’t require having anything installed on his mobile; we neither push anything to customer avoiding to be intrusive, but to push information to salespeople or to external system to take some action.
