Its services consist of four parts which include consulting, system development, operation or maintenance, and engineer training related to business application development specialized in automatic programming technology and agile development methods. The company has been the first in Japan to introduce the ultra-high-speed development platform “OutSystems” in 2012 and provide the accompanying development to its customers. It also, provide business system development and technical support specializing in development needed. BlueMeme was founded in 2009.
