The store’s software and tools can be used by companies to write employee handbooks, launch or re-launch suggestion programs and employee investment programs, manage and track employee ideas submitted in the programs, write job descriptions, complete performance reviews, and motivate employees. IdeaTracker is a software solution offered by BizTrain that keeps track of all the information related to employees’ ideas and suggestions. BizTrain is owned by Employers of America Inc., an association of employers, managers, and supervisors based in Iowa, United States.
