BIONIC Hill is a Ukrainian innovation park that seeks to create a unique environment for innovation, effective business, and comfortable living. It offers an environment for the development and growth of high-tech and knowledge-based businesses in Ukraine focusing on information and communication technologies, biotech and pharmaceuticals, energy efficiency, and clean energy solutions. Located on 363 acres of picturesque green area within the city of Kyiv, Ukraine, the project is being developed as a prime mixed-use property with business, residential, educational, retail, and recreational facilities. It will offer flexible business spaces and different types of residential spaces which will accommodate around 35,000 employees and 12,000 residents. Constructed similarly to the Silicon Valley, its full construction is expected to be completed by 2020 with the first stage to be commissioned in 2015.
