About company
Big Time Brewery & Alehouse has been in business in Seattle’s colorful “U-District” since 1988. They are Seattle’s original brew pub. They are a classic American Alehouse located in an old yellow brick building with high ceilings and lots of stained wood. The pub has an antique bar, an extensive bottle and can collection, numerous historical brewery photographs, and lots of old beer signs and trays. Big Time usually has at least 10 ales on tap. Plus a featured cask conditioned “real ale” on the hand-pump. Their standard brews are: Prime Time Pale Ale, Atlas Amber Ale, Coal Creek Porter and Bhagwan’s Best IPA which are on tap at all times. The other three taps and the cask conditioned pump rotate from week to week with some of the many specialty beers they produce over the year.
