BigStash is based on a system (often referred to as “cold storage”) mostly used by enterprises and large corporations. This system allows storage of large quantities of data reliably and at a low cost. The only limitation is that the data is not immediately available, but a certain amount of time is required to get the data ready to download again. This solution, even though it sounds simple, was difficult and complicated.
