The Berlin Music Week is an annual music festival held in Berlin for up and coming artistes to showcase their talents. The festival features indie rock to deutschrap and music of every genre can be heard throughout the week. The festival also organizes a workshop conference for artistes looking to break into the music business. The Berlin Music Week began as the Popkomm festival in Cologne, but moved to the German capital in 2004.
