Created in 2012, this restaurant group has 4 establishments under the Beef House and Butcher House brands located in PACA. The Beef House brand specializes in world cuisine (Argentina, Brazil, France, Australia and the United States), offered by weight and charcoal fired. Butcher House offers a gourmet hamburger menu. Driven by a strong concept, the restaurants have establishments in premium commercial areas, such as Les Terrasses du Port in Marseille, a universe resulting in New York loft decor and offer a menu of meat and high quality products. These open banners are the fruit of a Luxembourg group that owns another Asian restaurant, Maotsumy. This Group, with European ambitions, has already announced the opening of several restaurants in France, particularly in Île-de-France, Bercy and Marne-la-Vallée Disneyland, Lille and PACA.
