This will be a WISP(Wireless Internet Service Provider). Currently there is no provider in the Joshua Tree and Apple Valley area for high speed internet. The customers will be spread out due to the romote nature are unable to have this higer speed access to the internet. Due to the bandwith demand on the internet using lower speeds make it difficult to utilize it effenciently.
