About company

base-d (베이스디) is a Korean company focused on designing and developing animation content for the early education market. base-d collaborated with a team of designers to form the ACA project, an initiative to create child-friendly smartphones. As more and more children become exposed to smart phones, educators, and parents are expressing concerns over children relying too much on passive activities offered over these devices. With the aim of reducing such harmful outcomes, the ACA project developed the ACA camera, a child-friendly camera kit.
