Users who have joined together to barter their goods and service s among themselves through an organized system which is regulated by the record keeping and administrative services of BarterItOnline, which functions as the clearinghouse for the transactions of its membership. BarterItOnline also acts as a third party record keeper and administers the clearinghouse functions for Users of the association who subscribe to BarterItOnline record keeping and related barter services. If the users of BarterItOnline choose to use another currency to complete the transaction other than BarterItOnline, then BarterItOnline will not be involved in capacity other than that of a free bulletin board for the sharing of information.
