The Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC) retains, expands and attracts businesses through the facilitation of strategic Baltimore real estate development and construction projects and business support programs. We act as a liaison between city agencies, business owners and developers to shepherd private development and business expansion/relocation projects, and we provide access to public financial assistance and develop key city-owned properties.
