Bafter empowers tradespeople and their teams to produce and distribute case studies of their work in just a few clicks. They believe that the way consumers find small businesses has fundamentally changed for the better. Consumers aren’t as susceptible to direct advertising and “clever” slogans. Instead they want to see real world examples of company’s work, preferably verified by a friend or connection. Big business have caught on, spending huge budgets on social media campaigns, influencers and incentivising their clients to post about their brand. For the 5.7million UK SMEs, with limited resources and skillset, producing the digital content required to succeed, is much more of a challenge.
